Provides power directly to twenty-four (24) 3Com Ethernet devices, such as NBX phones
and 3Com wireless access points from a central location, thus eliminating the
need for a local power outlet for each endpoint. One Splitter
(3C10223) is required per NBX phone for use with EPS.
