RETURN POLICY (EXCLUDING WIRELESS LAN ANTENNAS):
Electronic equipment from time to time breaks down during regular
use or arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival). We try to explain our policies in detail
to avoid surprises and keep our customers happy. We strive to make these rare
occurrences as painless as possible, but there are a few things you can do to
help. Always save the original packaging. This ensures that if you must ship
a product back for repair, there is a better chance that it will arrive at its
destination in good condition. Always double box your shipment for additional
protection, Always insure your shipment for the replacement value, and Never
write on the original packaging.
InPath offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all our hardware
sales (excluding Wireless LAN Antennas and NBX hardware).If you need to return
a product, please call 800-988-1914 within 30 days of ship date for a RMA number.
Alternatively you may email your request for an RMA to support@inpath.com. Returned
items must be shipped, freight prepaid, in original resalable condition, include
all parts, accessories, manuals and must be packed in the original manufacturers
packaging. No return products will be accepted without all original packaging.
All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and
have an RMA number. Restocking fees of up to 20 percent may apply at the discretion
of InPath Devices. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
RETURN POLICY FOR WIRELESS LAN ANTENNAS:
Opened items may not be returned for credit, refund, replacement,
or exchange. Products are deemed “Opened” if tamper-evident seals
have been removed, cut, broken or tampered with. Unopened items, excluding cables,
may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item,
you must call 800-988-1914 and we will issue you a RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
number. A copy of the RMA form must be included with the returned products.
If tamper-evident seals have been removed, cut, broken or tampered with, the
returned product will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense. Cables are
not returnable under any circumstances unless it is deemed defective or DOA.
In this case, it will be covered under the DOA Policy. All returns will be subject
to a 20% restocking fee.
DOA POLICY:
If you receive a product DOA (Dead On Arrival) please call 800-884-6945
immediately to report the problem. We will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
number that must be included in the return packaging. All products must be returned,
freight prepaid, in original packaging with a copy of the RMA form and a copy
of the invoice. Once the original product is received, we will inspect and test
to determine if the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement.
If the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement, we will ship
a replacement unit with a new invoice, freight prepaid, to you. At the discretion
of InPath Devcies (and providing the product is in stock) we may advance ship
a unit to the customer, but a credit card number will be required to insure
the original product's prompt return. Any product not returned in original condition
with original packaging, manuals and accessories will be subject to a restocking
fee of up to 20 percent of purchase price. If you are a C.O.D customer, we will
ship the replacement unit when the DOA product is received. Any product not
returned in original condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories
will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent of purchase price.
SOFTWARE:
Open software can only be exchanged, and cannot be returned
for refund or credit under any circumstances.
