Payment Terms

InPath Devices wants to make your purchasing experience as easy and hassle-free as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card as payment. We also accept PayPal. We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Universities, Government Agencies, and Fortune 500 Companies with approved credit. To establish a net 10 or net 30 payment account, you can contact our accounting department at accounts@inpath.com or by phone during business hours (8-5pm Central Time in the U.S.) at 402-345-9200.

Return and Refund Policy

Electronic equipment from time to time breaks down during regular use or arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival). We try to explain our policies in detail to avoid surprises and keep our customers happy. We strive to make these rare occurrences as painless as possible, but there are a few things you can do to help. Always save the original packaging. This ensures that if you must ship a product back for repair, there is a better chance that it will arrive at its destination in good condition. Always double box your shipment for additional protection. Always insure your shipment for the replacement value, and never write on the original packaging. If you receive a product DOA, please call 402-345-9200 within 15 days of ship date for an RMA number. Alternatively, you may email your request for an RMA to support@inpath.com. Returned items must be shipped, freight prepaid, in original resalable condition, include all parts, accessories, manuals, and must be packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging. No return products will be accepted without all original packaging. All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and have an RMA number. Restocking fees of up to 20 percent may apply at the discretion of InPath Devices. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Methods

Order within the United States:

Orders are generally shipped by Federal Express unless otherwise specified. Orders designated for delivery in the “lower 48 states” will be shipped by FedEx delivery methods. They can also request shipment by other carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, or other means). InPath does its best to comply with the requests of our customers – but we cannot always comply with these requests. In a situation where InPath cannot comply with special requests, we will inform the customer and give them options which are available. Special requests will almost always result in a change in the cost of shipping. InPath will inform customers of any variance and only release shipment once customer approval is obtained.

Orders in Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped by FedEx Air. The cost and specific service will be explained to the customer.

Orders Outside the United States will generally be shipped by FedEx International Service. InPath will provide a price quote for shipping International upon request. InPath’s policy is to not markup FedEx published rates for International shipping.

Shipment Times:

Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days of when an order is placed. If there is an exception, InPath will notify the customer.

Customers placing orders for items that are not in stock can contact InPath Customer support at 402-345-9200 option 2 to get an estimate of shipping times.

Cancellation Policy

If you receive a product DOA (Dead On Arrival), please call 402-345-9200 immediately to report the problem. We will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number that must be included in the return packaging. All products must be returned, freight prepaid, in original packaging with a copy of the RMA form and a copy of the invoice. Once the original product is received, we will inspect and test to determine if the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement. If the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement, we will ship a replacement unit with a new invoice, freight prepaid, to you. At the discretion of InPath Devices (and providing the product is in stock), we may advance ship a unit to the customer, but a credit card number will be required to insure the original product’s prompt return. Any product not returned in original condition with original packaging, manuals, and accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of purchase price. If you are a C.O.D customer, we will ship the replacement unit when the DOA product is received. Any product not returned in original condition and with the original packaging, manuals, and accessories is subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 15 percent of purchase price.

Software

Open or “Downloaded" Software cannot be returned for refund or credit under any circumstances.

Pricing or “Out of Stock” Errors

NBX Parts (InPath) reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors or if items that are “out-of-stock” or unavailable.

DOA

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before shipment will be cancelled without charge or penalty. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to our Return Policy.

Pricing Errors

InPath tries very hard to maintain the accuracy of our websites. But occasional errors are inevitable. In these cases, we will always do our best to make accommodations or adjustments for the sake of customer service. Nonetheless, InPath reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).

InPath’s liability is limited to the performance of the equipment supplied, and InPath accepts no responsibility for consequential loss in the event of a system being out of service.
